Gone Science

A few weeks ago Joel and I went on a date to was was supposed to be a football game. Well we couldn't find the football game, so we last minute changed to the next best thing: The Planetarium. And as much as I love football, the nerd in me loves the Planetarium even more.

It was Joel's first time at the Planetarium. We watched a movie in the Dome and he was so excited to watch a movie on the ceiling. We learned all about the stars and how to find them. It was seriously so cool to see all those stars and not have to travel out into the boonies to see them.

First Farewell of Summer

Sometimes it's still crazy for me to think that I'm old enough to have my friends leaving on their missions. So last Sunday was the farewell of Elder Tyler Mulitalo, called to serve in the Oklahoma Tulsa Mission. We've been friends since high school and I can honestly say I have never been so proud of him as I was when he gave his talk.

After his talk there of course was the delicious Samoan food at his house. His aunties made sure that no one left empty handed. But we couldn't let the party end there. We went out for one last late night Temple jam session.

Elder Mulitalo I've had some great times with you, but one of the greatest moments will be when I get to see your face again in two years.
